Hi Friend,

It's hard to believe our Spring Wine Fling is three days away! Forecasters predict a beautiful Sunday with warm, sunny weather. And don't worry, golf enthusiasts — we'll have a TV on-site for you to watch the action at The Masters!

In this issue, we'll cover:

  • Latest Details for Our Spring Wine Fling
  • Our First Appearance at Inman Park Fest
  • Impact of Our Spay/Neuter Partners in Central GA
  • Our Year-to-Date Spay/Neuter Success

It's a pivotal time for animals in Georgia, with advocates working diligently with lawmakers to put bad breeders out of business. However, this effort does not address the animals already here, so spaying/neutering remains critical in tackling Georgia's pet overpopulation crisis. We need every friend of animals to join this cause — including you!

This Sunday's Spring Wine Fling presents a fun and easy way for you to support our mission. We hope to see you there!

With Gratitude,

The Fix Georgia Pets Team

Partner Spotlight: Stopping the Cycle in Central GA

Dysfunction Junction Rescue

Dysfunction Junction Rescue is based in Twiggs County, about 20 miles Southeast of Macon. Our grant from December enabled them to spay/neuter 24 total pets in their community, including:

  • 5 cats
  • 6 large dogs
  • 13 small dogs

"I know that our community here in Twiggs County appreciates you just as much as they appreciate us. Without you our efforts would not go nearly as far."

–Joanna Tedder, Dysfunction Junction

We're grateful to Joanna and her team for their dedication to helping animals in their Georgia community. And, the families of Brownie, Dixie, Perky, Lacey, Scrappy, and Tiny (pictured above) thank you for helping them prevent unwanted litters!

About Us

FGP Tricia Footer 2025

We're on a mission to ignite a transformation in Georgia, one spay/neuter at a time. By funneling resources and grants directly to "boots on the ground" heroes—the dedicated teams tirelessly battling pet overpopulation—we're not just saving lives but fostering a future where every pet in Georgia thrives. Join us in this crusade to end the cycle of euthanasia for healthy companion animals, because together, we can turn the tide and celebrate a new era of pet well-being in our state.
